A wide range of therapy services, built with you in mind. You’re exactly where you need to be.
Assessments
We intentionally select assessment tools that embrace neurodiversity and take a non-pathologizing approach to understand, assess, and describe autism and ADHD. This evaluation is suitable for individuals 18+ seeking an official diagnosis of autism and/or ADHD, along with a written report containing recommendations. The process involves gathering social and developmental history, diagnostic interviews, self-report measures, a written report, and a follow-up meeting to review outcomes. Because we don’t involve your insurance company, choosing private pay services gives you more control over when, how, and with whom your information is shared, and in what situations.

Gender Affirming Care
All the services provided will be gender affirming. Additionally, trans/gender-expansive folks who are seeking support around gender identity exploration, transitioning (socially, medically and/or legally) and connecting with community may want a provider, like myself, with trans lived experience. I can provide referrals and resources, as well as guide you through processes and paperwork. Having a provider that you don’t need to “teach about trans stuff” can be liberating and stress-relieving.
Group Therapy
Groups are a personal joy of mine. While we don’t currently have any ongoing groups, keep a lookout for future ones!
Individual Therapy
Mental health therapy is a supportive process where you talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In each session, I can help you understand and manage your emotions, cope with stress, and navigate life's challenges. Therapy provides a safe space to explore your concerns, develop healthy coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and well-being.
Although I do not take insurance, most of my clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits, in which they receive partial or full reimbursement for session costs through their insurance.
